- Enter driver contact details
- Confirm your booking with a partial payment of 15–20%
- Receive a booking voucher by email with instructions and rental company contact information
3. Payment
- Only a partial payment is collected on our website; full payment is handled by the local rental company.
- Accepted payment methods vary depending on the rental company.
- Some bookings allow payment without a credit card or deposit.
4. No Deposit / No Credit Card
- Certain cars may be booked without a deposit.
- Some bookings do not require a credit card.
- Specific conditions for no-deposit or no-credit-card rentals are displayed during booking and must be accepted by the driver.
5. Cancellation and Changes
- Free cancellation is available according to the rental company’s policy.
- Modifications to your booking must be done through RosCar Madrid or directly with the rental company, following their rules.
6. Liability
RosCar Madrid acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for vehicle condition, accidents, or damages. All responsibilities regarding rental terms, insurance, and local traffic regulations are managed by the rental company and the driver.
